The Healthy Food Restaurant at the Forum Sports Club has been primarily intended for those leading an active life and those doing sports at the Forum Sport Club. A frying pan has been traded for a grill here, sweets for yogurts, all of which is accompanied by lots of fruits and vegetables. The Restaurant guests are offered a selection of ten cold salads with daily arriving novelties, which are seasoned with various wholesome oils, honey or fresh lemon juice. Those craving for a decent bite can choose from a variety of hot salads with chicken, turkey, veal or salmon and steamed or scalded meat and fish dishes. Hardly any fat is used in the preparation of food, which is of particular importance to sportive people. The Healthy Food Restaurant offers fish and meat dishes cooked in steam or on a grill. A starting point in every individual’s day, breakfast is highlighted in the Restaurant. For active people we suggest for breakfast carbohydrate-rich food such as wholmeal bread, cereal with fruit and skimmed milk, light yogurt or porridge. Caring about our clients, we use only the freshest and highest quality products in the cooking of our dishes.
